Robert Goins is involved in many other entertainment projects besides The Robert Goins Show. He is in the music business, movies, broadway style plays, and preparing an act with talent he has discovered for Atlantic City Casinos. If you want to make it in the entertainment business, it is all about promotion.

WHAT SHOULD YOUR VIDEO INCLUDE:
We are looking for highly creative / very inexpensive "garage band" videos. Remember, it's all about your talent, creativity and originality.
- A 2 1/2 minute performance / song: You can shoot this in a club or your kitchen or the beach.....get creative.
Do make sure the sound and picture quality is good. You can rap or sing in a quiet place and overlay it on your video - if that makes you happy.
- A 2 1/2 minute interview: Yes, we would like to know something about you.
Here are some possible questions you can answer: What is your stage name and why did you choose that name? What city/area are you from? If you are a group - how did you meet? Which professional performer do you best emulate?
- Do include the words to your music.
All songs and background music must be original. Unlike American Idol we do not want you to rap / sing someone else's song. If you breakdance, don't do it to Michael Jackson's licensed music - we'll never get permission. The Robert Goins Show is all about new talent expressing new sounds or looks.
- Do include your contact information.
At least give us your name, address, cell phone and e-mail info. Any other information you can supply about you / your group will certainly help. Make it easy on us and we'll try to take it easy on you.
- You give us permission to air the footage.
You need to have all the rights for whatever material you send us. In addition, you give us permission to air the footage on The Robert Goins Show and on other venues (television, internet, all media, etc.) Remember, we want to promote you as much as possible. Before you appear live on The Robert Goins Show, you will be offerred a contract - so make sure that everything is original.
- Where to send the video and info.
When you are ready to send in the video and info - click on to "contact us" - fill in the info - in the comments box let us know what genre you are sending in (rap / sing / comedy, etc.). We will contact you back and let you know where to send it.
